Q: I’m not losing weight!! What am I doing wrong?
- I need more information than that to help:) Please include what you eat, when you eat, how much of it you eat, your exercise, and water consumption!
Q: What should I eat!?
- I have 2 specific diet options that I use posted (diet and cleanse) as well as an assortment of other links. If you can’t find what you’re looking for I’d be happy to find it for you.
Q: How much should I workout? What can I do??
- As much as you can! I have many options HERE. If you want me to help you come up with a more customized plan I’d love to do that.
Q: Follow Me Back? Promo? P4P? Check out my blog? Rate? etc.
